These terms govern use of this website operated for Terramax Industries Private Limited (“TerraMax”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information in any enquiry.

Catalogue information

Product names, specifications and prices are provided for initial enquiry and may change. Images may illustrate a product type and may not show the exact unit supplied. Prices are indicative unless TerraMax issues a current written quotation. GST, freight, installation, minimum order, stock and delivery terms must be confirmed.

No automatic order or service booking

Submitting a form, calling or messaging TerraMax does not create an accepted order, purchase commitment, service booking or guaranteed response time. A transaction begins only after the parties confirm the scope, price, availability, payment and other commercial terms.

Machinery and inspection

Used machinery availability changes. Buyers should inspect the machine, verify ownership and records, and agree condition and commercial terms before purchase. A seller submission does not guarantee that TerraMax will purchase, market or accept the machine.

Service and emergencies

On-site service currently focuses on Faridabad and Delhi NCR. Attendance, response timing, any warranty and repair outcomes depend on technician availability, location, access, machine condition, parts and a confirmed job scope. Keep people clear of unsafe machinery and follow manufacturer and site safety procedures.

User responsibilities

Do not upload or send content you do not have the right to share. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious code or submit false, unlawful or misleading information.

External services

Links to phone, email, maps or WhatsApp open services operated by third parties. Their availability, security and handling of information are governed by their own terms.
