When a JCB Needs a Rebuild

- JCB backhoe loaders such as the 3DX and 4DX, and JCB excavators in the 10 to 20 ton class. If yours is a different model, call and ask; the inspection decides.
- Where is the work done?
- In our yard at Badkhal, Faridabad. For machines in Faridabad and Delhi NCR we can inspect and do smaller repairs on your site. From further away, we talk about bringing the machine to the yard.
- How long does a full JCB rebuild take?
- It depends on what the inspection finds. You get the work, the parts and the timing in writing before anything starts, and nothing is done that you have not agreed.
- What will it cost?
- We quote after inspecting the machine. There is no standard price because no two worn machines are the same. GST and transport are confirmed with the quote.
- Do you use genuine JCB parts?
- We stock JCB Genuine Parts in our parts store and source what we do not hold. The scope you agree says which parts go in.
- Is a refurbished JCB worth it against buying new?
- For most contractors a full rebuild costs a fraction of a new machine and returns a unit they already know. If yours is past saving, we also sell refurbished JCBs and can buy your old one.
